Nicky Hilton the Heiress

Nicky Hilton is the second-born daughter in the latest generation of the super rich Hilton family. The Hilton name is of Norwegian origin. Her great-great-grandfather August Halvorsen Hilton was born on the family farm Hilton, at Kløfta, just outside Oslo, Norway before immigrating to the US with his family at age 10.

Nicholai Olivia Hilton was born on October 5, 1983, to Rick and Kathy Hilton, making her the great-granddaughter of Conrad Hilton, founder of the Hilton hotels and source of the family fortune. The Hilton family fortune is about $300 million dollars. Her grandfather, Conrad "Nicky" Hilton, Jr., also brought some notoriety to the family, as he was the first of Elizabeth Taylor’s many ex-husbands. Nicky's older sister, Paris, shares the throne as co-heiress of the Hilton Empire.

Nicky the Party Girl

Paris and her sister Nicky have set the standard for the rich, young socialite. Nicky has gained attention in the tabloid press for her partying, but not nearly to the extent that her sister Paris has. While Paris is more daring and tries to grab headlines as often as possible, her sister Nicky follows in her shadow, attempting to mimic her sister's silly actions.

Nicky was once romantically linked with MTV VJ Brian McFayden and male models Mark Vanderloo and Marcus Schenkenberg, but not much came of it.

On August 15, 2004, she made headlines when she married New York businessman Todd Andrew Meister, at the Las Vegas Wedding Chapel. A mere two months later, the marriage was annulled.
